Front Office Executive

**Job Summary**:
The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for the company and is responsible for managing the front desk, handling client interactions, phone calls, and general administrative support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable.
- Schedule meetings and maintain appointment calendars.
- Manage courier services and incoming/outgoing mail.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Handle visitor logs and maintain security and telecommunication systems.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasing personality with a customer-oriented attitude
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks
- Fluent in English and [any regional language if required]
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
