Business Development Associate

We are seeking a Business Development Associate (BDA) to support our business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, target-driven, and interested in building a career in B2B business development within IT and cybersecurity services.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior sales and leadership teams to expand our client base and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking activities
- Qualify prospects and convert them into business opportunities
- Schedule meetings, product demos, and discovery calls for the sales team
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in CRM systems
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth
- Assist in proposal preparation, presentations, and follow-up communications
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly business development targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-ups
- Represent the company at business meetings, events, conferences, and networking activities, including travel as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in business development or lead generation roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and client engagement processes
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel anywhere for business meetings, events, conferences, and networking activities as required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with experience in IT services, cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B consulting
- Individuals eager to grow into senior business development or management roles.
