We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience and a proven track record of driving sales growth. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for outbound sales activities, lead generation, and lead nurturing to drive business opportunities and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting outbound sales activities to identify and engage potential clients

  • Generating leads through various channels and qualifying them for business opportunities

  • Nurturing leads through the sales pipeline to convert them into customers

  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for driving sales growth

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in B2B sales

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Knowledge of lead generation and nurturing techniques

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
