We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience and a proven track record of driving sales growth. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for outbound sales activities, lead generation, and lead nurturing to drive business opportunities and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting outbound sales activities to identify and engage potential clients
Generating leads through various channels and qualifying them for business opportunities
Nurturing leads through the sales pipeline to convert them into customers
Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for driving sales growth
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
Proven work experience in B2B sales
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of lead generation and nurturing techniques
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
