Job Description
We are looking for an Associate for Developing New Business in the Aerospace Industry. The ideal candidate must have strong technical understanding and proven experience in business development, preferably in aerospace or automotive domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the aerospace market.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 & Tier-2 suppliers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals.
- Prepare and deliver technical & commercial presentations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth potential.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Support in RFQ preparation, estimation, and negotiations.
Preferred candidate
- 5 to 6 years experience in business development or technical sales.
- Experience in Aerospace industry is highly preferred; Automotive industry candidates also considered.
- Strong understanding of engineering processes and manufacturing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel based on business requirements.
