Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through research, calls, and networking
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Present company services/products to potential clients
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to achieve targets
  • Follow up with prospects regularly through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Maintain reports, CRM entries, and daily activity updates
  • Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns
  • Represent the company at events, seminars, and client meetings
