Job Title: Business Development Associate (Experience in Cyber security, cloud and Hardware)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries.
- Actively seek and develop new business prospects through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for business development.
Build and nurture client relationships:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products/services to clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets:
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics and report on progress regularly.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to drive results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the product development team to align offerings with market needs.
- Provide valuable feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in business development or a related role.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Hardware Sale.
