Business Development Associate

Job Title: Business Development Executive (EdTech)
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in the EdTech industry
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience + performance incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients (students, parents, or institutions) to generate sales and achieve targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain course offerings to prospective learners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Meet weekly and monthly revenue targets and report progress to the management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales/business development within the EdTech industry or other relevant field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to understand customer needs and present relevant product solutions.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
