Pre-sales Consultant

Role Overview:
The Pre-Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team by generating site visits and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. This role acts as the first point of contact for potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads from digital campaigns, portals, and databases
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and qualify requirements
- Explain project details such as pricing, location, amenities, and configurations
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales managers
- Ensure timely follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems
- Track lead status and update daily and weekly MIS reports
- Follow up with site-visited clients to support conversions
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly site-visit goals
Requirements:
- Graduate (any discipline)
- 09 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or tele-sales
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Target-driven and process-oriented approach
- Comfortable working on weekends and handling high call volumes
