Job description

As a member of Certifyied team, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills while working on the exciting projects that make powerful impact in the organization.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job listings and scheduling interviews.

2. Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

3. Support the HR team with employee relations activities, such as performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.

4. Help organize and coordinate training and development programs for staff members as well as employee engagement activities.

5. Collaborate with managers and team leaders to address HR-related issues and provide solutions.

6. Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.

7. Participate in special projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the HR department.
