We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is designed to offer hands-on experience across various HR functions and is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in HR practices. Outstanding performance during the internship may lead to a full-time offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Help coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires
  • Support HR operations like maintaining employee records, attendance tracking, and document management
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness activities
  • Contribute to HR policy drafting, audits, and compliance tasks
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
