About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process — posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, offer letters, and documentation.
- Learn and contribute to HR policies, payroll coordination, and performance tracking.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and support the HR team as needed.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or pursuing) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior internship or coursework in HR will be an added advantage.
