This role plays a key part in developing HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals, managing recruitment and employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture that drives performance and engagement.Qualifications• HR Management, Employee Relations, and HR Policies skills• HR Operations and Human Resources (HR) knowledge• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to work collaboratively in a team• Degree in Human Resources Management, psychology or related field• Exp: 2-5 yearsJob description• Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing stage right through to offer stage and develop innovative strategies to attract diverse candidates.• Work with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration and teamwork to hire the best talent for our teams. Own the Internship & other Graduate programs.• Manage HR operations including documentation, payroll processing, attendance and compliances.• Create training programs to upskill and enhance productivity.• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives like talent reviews, benefits, policies, on-boarding programs, induction etc. across the organization.• Manage appraisal process with the support of team leads and advise management on the same• Develop the processes and run it through the company• Manage employees operating in multiple cities in India, report to the CEO directly• Actively use social media channels like Linkedin to create corporate brand recall and attract candidates.• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.• Plan and conduct performance management reviews periodically across the organization.• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of human capital.• Advise the business with need-based solutions on employee matters.Key Skills- Talent acquisition, Employee engagement, HR operations, Performance management reviews, Administration, compensation managementAbout Company: Filing Buddy is a trusted business support and compliance partner, empowering entrepreneurs and enterprises across India and Dubai.
