Minimum of 7 years HR experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles (education, healthcare, or large orgs preferred). Proven ability to build HR systems, policies, and culture in multi-unit organizations. Strong skills in recruitment, performance management, compliance, onboarding and employee engagement + relations Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Professional HR Certification (e.G., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
