Company Overview At YourFitPath we are transforming medical tourism in India offering personalized guidance to ensure access to reliable health information With the largest hospital network we aid individuals in making informed decisions about hospitals doctors and treatments Our dedication focuses on transparency and accessibility enabling better health outcomes worldwide Headquartered in Delhi our rapidly growing team of 11-50 employees works in the Hospitals and Health Care industry Job Overview YourFitPath is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic team in Mumbai Delhi Kollegal Kolkata Nagar Bhopal or Indore This internship is ideal for freshers eager to gain hands-on experience in human resources management As an HR Intern you will support various HR functions from recruitment to employee relations and play a vital role in shaping our organizational culture This internship offers a valuable opportunity to kickstart your career in a supportive environment Please note that this is a remote part-time internship for 6 months unpaid with the possibility of a full-time offer based on performance Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in talent acquisition processes to identify and attract potential candidates effectively Understanding of employee relations principles to foster a positive work environment Mandatory skill Familiarity with applicant tracking systems for organizing and managing job applicants efficiently Mandatory skill Ability to assist in compensation and benefits management to ensure competitive and fair employee offerings Knowledge of diversity and inclusion initiatives to support a diverse workplace culture Experience with performance management systems to aid in evaluating and guiding employee performance Competence in labor law compliance for adherence to legal requirements in employee management Skills in HR analytics to analyze and interpret HR data trends effectively Mandatory skill Roles and Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process from posting jobs to conducting preliminary interviews and background checks Support the HR team in implementing employee engagement strategies and handling day-to-day inquiries Participate in developing and maintaining employee records ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations Collaborate in organizing training sessions and workshops to promote continuous employee development Contribute to diversity and inclusion programs to reinforce an inclusive workplace culture Work closely with HR managers in refining performance evaluation systems and methodologies Assist in analyzing HR metrics to enhance decision-making processes and improve organizational efficiencies Ensure HR practices align with company policies and labor laws providing guidance on compliance matters as needed
