Job Description

We are looking for a motivated
HR Intern
to support our Human Resources team in daily operations. The HR Intern will assist with recruitment, employee engagement activities, and HR administration. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in Human Resources.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Assisting in designing and posting job descriptions.
  • Helping with sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Supporting employee onboarding and documentation.
  • Assisting in maintaining HR databases and records.
  • Participating in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.

What are we looking for?

  • Recent graduate or pursuing a bachelor's/master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in HR practices, recruitment, and employee engagement.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup culture and eager to learn.
  • A proactive team player with critical thinking skills.
