Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks, including the management of HR policies and procedures, coordination of employee benefits, and support in personnel management. The intern will also provide support in HR Management activities and contribute to the overall HR strategy of the organization.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Experience or understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Skills in Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Mumbai
- Interest in the perfume or beauty industry is a plus
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
