Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to support our Human Resources operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other core HR functions in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in
    end-to-end recruitment
    — sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support
    onboarding and documentation
    for new hires.
  • Maintain and update
    employee records
    in HR systems.
  • Coordinate and support
    employee engagement initiatives
    and internal events.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support.
  • Work closely with the HR team on
    policy implementation
    and process improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration / Psychology
    or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a startup environment.
