About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will support the HR department in developing and revising policies, streamlining HR processes, and assisting in day-to-day operations. This role offers hands-on experience in policy formulation, HR documentation, and exposure to core HR functions within a dynamic and purpose-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
  • Support in benchmarking HR practices and researching best-in-class people policies.
  • Help in maintaining HR documentation, databases, and trackers.
  • Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and induction-related tasks.
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and learning initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and policy summaries as required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related data collection and analysis.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance in handling HR records and employee data.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.
