Job Overview

This an unpaid internship We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic team at TIRUMALA IT CONSULTANCY SERVICES. This internship position is based in the vibrant cities of Mumbai, Hyderabad, Banganapalle, Delhi, and Goa Velha and falls under the employment type of Internship.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Interview Scheduling (Mandatory skill) is crucial for coordinating meetings between candidates and interviewers efficiently.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Mandatory skill) are essential for interacting effectively with diverse staff and potential candidates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, analysis, and generation of HR reports.
  • Experience with HRIS software to assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline the recruiting process and manage postings.
  • Understanding of Employee Onboarding procedures to support the integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Attention to detail in Data Entry to ensure accuracy in recording vital HR information.
  • Familiarity with Labor Laws to ensure compliance in HR operations and maintain fair employment practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of interviews between potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the HR team in managing employee records and ensuring the accuracy of data entered in systems.
  • Help in the execution of onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Conduct research and gather data on market and labor trends to aid HR strategies.
  • Participate in HR-related projects and contribute to the improvement of HR processes and policies.
  • Manage the distribution of HR-related communications across various internal channels.
  • Prepare documents and reports as required by the HR department to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards across all HR activities within the organization.
