Role Description

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding the company's client base and driving business growth within the advertising and media industry. This role involves identifying and connecting with potential clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver creative and production solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and passionate about building partnerships that fuel creative success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Find and connect with new clients such as brands, agencies, and production houses to expand the company's client base.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with clients, hence ensuring we get repeated projects and long-term partnerships.
  • Study market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the advertising and media industry.
  • Work with the creative and production teams to create customized pitches and presentations for potential clients.
  • Discuss and agree on project details, budgets, and timelines with clients to ensure both sides are satisfied.
  • Keep track of client communications, proposals, and project updates in the company's database.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-3  years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in advertising or media.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of video production, motion graphics, and digital media.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a faced environment.
