Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Thrissur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth. The role also includes market research, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement effective business development strategies. Qualifications Experience in market research and identifying new business opportunitiesStrong skills in building and maintaining client relationships and strategic partnershipsProven ability to drive sales growth and meet business development targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProficiency in developing proposals and negotiating contractsAbility to work collaboratively with the marketing team and other departmentsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the travel industry is a plus
