Job Purpose:

To drive business growth by promoting society products such as Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), Shares, Chitty, and Business Loans, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring achievement of sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to increase customer base.
  • Promote and cross-sell products: FD, RD, Chitty, Shares, and Business Loans.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to meet monthly and annual targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to align strategies.
  • Train, motivate, and support branch sales teams to achieve growth objectives.
  • Prepare and present periodic business performance reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of financial products (FD, RD, Loans, Chitty, Shares).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented with proven track record in sales/business development.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and guide sales teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
