Job Title: Telesales Manager – Electronics (AV / Audio-Video)
Location: New Delhi
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Telesales Manager to lead and grow our telesales function. The role involves managing a dynamic team of Team Leaders and their telesales executives (approx. 7 per team), driving revenue, and scaling our presence in the Electronics & AV (Audio-Video) solutions industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor Team Leaders and their telesales teams.
Build and execute telesales strategies aligned with business goals.
Track daily/weekly/monthly performance through CRM and ensure targets are met.
Train, motivate, and upskill the telesales workforce.
Collaborate with Business Development Managers to generate quality leads and close deals.
Analyse call data and conversion ratios to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in telesales, preferably in Electronics / AV industry.
Proven ability to manage multiple teams and deliver consistent sales performance.
Strong communication, leadership, and CRM handling skills.
Ability to design incentive models and keep the team motivated.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Audio-Video / Interactive Solutions / EdTech hardware sector.
