Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients and explain Slimming & Wellness programs.
- Convert leads into consultations and appointments for the clinic.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain a lead database in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales & call targets.
- Understand client needs and provide customized wellness solutions.
- Coordinate with front desk and counsellors to ensure client appointments are managed effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude to ensure excellent client experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales / telecalling (preferably in slimming, wellness, beauty, or healthcare industry).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English, Tamil, or regional languages).
- Good listening skills and customer-centric approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM software).
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.
Education:
- Any graduate / undergraduate with relevant telesales experience can apply.
