Telesales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects.
- Present accurate property details, pricing, and investment opportunities to potential buyers.
- Follow up on leads, manage customer queries, and maintain updated records in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive sales and client satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of telesales experience (real estate sector preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer engagement skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, with a positive attitude and resilience under pressure.
