Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects.
  • Present accurate property details, pricing, and investment opportunities to potential buyers.
  • Follow up on leads, manage customer queries, and maintain updated records in the CRM system.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive sales and client satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of telesales experience (real estate sector preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, with a positive attitude and resilience under pressure.
