Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Delhi, India. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential clients, providing information about immigration services, addressing inquiries, and following up on leads. The role involves maintaining customer databases, achieving sales targets, offering customer support, and providing training to clients about immigration processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Customer Support and Sales abilities
- Experience in providing Training and guidance to clients
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining customer databases
- Relevant experience in the immigration industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
