Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Consultant, located in the New Delhi Nehru Palace. Dynamic and results-driven
Immigration Telesales Counselor
with strong expertise in client communication, lead conversion, and immigration consulting. Skilled in handling inbound and outbound calls, assessing client eligibility for visa programs, and providing end-to-end guidance on immigration processes. Adept at maintaining detailed client records, coordinating with documentation teams, and ensuring high client satisfaction. Enthusiastic about helping clients achieve their global settlement and career goals through professional immigration guidance.

Job Duties

  • . Make outbound calls to potential clients who have inquired about immigration services.
  • Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into consultations or applications.
  • Maintain daily call logs and ensure follow-ups are timely and professional.
