Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated
Telesales Executives
to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining product details to customers, and driving sales conversions while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product features and benefits.
- Handle inbound queries and provide appropriate information about products.
- Convince customers to make purchases and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update CRM regularly.
- Follow up with existing and interested leads to ensure successful conversions.
- Provide accurate product information and handle customer objections effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Coordinate with team leaders and other departments for smooth operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in kannada language
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
Preferred Candidates:
- Candidates with experience in Ayurvedic or health product sales will be given preference.
- Should be confident, energetic, and goal-oriented.
Salary:
(Fixed + Incentives)
Attractive performance-based incentives.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, Office-based
- Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Rotational Weekoff
