Job Overview

Join Wagnistrip as a Telesales Executive, where you will play a critical role in driving sales and customer engagement. This full-time, junior-level position is based in Delhi and requires a minimum of 1 year of work experience in telesales or a related field.   • Cold calling (Mandatory skill) for initiating contact and engaging with prospective clients.

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell Wagnistrip's travel services.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and monitor leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.
  • Engage with customers through effective negotiation to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement lead generation plans.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer feedback for service improvement.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with all telesales regulations and company policies during customer interactions.
