About PERCH :

We're looking to hire an immediate joiner for the role of Telesales Executive in our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, introducing them to our apparel collections, and converting leads into sales. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell our products.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads to close sales effectively.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and market trends.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in Telesales preferably not from an Insurance & Banking Sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to persuade and close sales over the phone.
  • Female candidates preferred

Office Location :

Office Timings : 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
