Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Delhi.

The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and selling our healthcare services. Your day-to-day tasks will include answering customer inquiries, providing detailed information about our services, and following up with leads to ensure a positive experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Customer Support and Sales
  • Ability to effectively train and engage with clients
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in healthcare or wellness industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred
