International Customer Support Executive (Voice & Chat) – Mohali | Night Shifts | Freshers Welcome

Location: Mohali, Punjab (Work from Office)

Role Type: Full-time – International BPO (Voice & Chat)

Shift: Rotational night shifts

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹33,000 CTC (based on skills and experience)

About the Role

We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our International Customer Support team. In this role, you will handle voice and chat interactions for global customers, ensuring a smooth and professional support experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through calls and chat in a professional manner
  • Understand customer issues and provide accurate, timely resolutions
  • Record and update interaction details in the system
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Follow company guidelines, processes, and quality standards

Eligibility & Skills

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Customer-centric, calm, and empathetic approach
  • Comfortable working in rotational night shifts
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and processes
