Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice / Chat) — International Process

Location: TP Mohali (Work from office)

Employment Type: Full-time (Rotational shifts; mostly night)

CTC:

  • Chat Process: Up to ₹30,000 per month
  • Voice Process: Up to ₹33,000 per month

About the Role:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives to provide high-quality support to international customers via voice and/or chat channels. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, have excellent English communication skills, and be comfortable working rotational (primarily night) shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer queries through voice calls or chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolve customer issues, provide product/service information, and escalate complex cases appropriately
  • Meet or exceed quality, productivity, and adherence targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Follow company policies, scripts, and escalation procedures
  • Continuously learn product updates and improve support skills

Qualifications Experience:

  • Graduates: Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Undergraduates: Must have at least 6 months of relevant experience
  • Good command of English (verbal and written)
  • Comfortable working rotational shifts (mostly night)

Desired Skills:

  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Clear, professional spoken English and good typing skills for chat roles
  • Ability to handle high call/chat volumes while maintaining quality
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Team player with good time management and adaptability
