About the Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Associates (CSA) for a UK shift (monthly rotational) in a product-based company. This role offers a great opportunity to build your career, gain international process exposure, and grow internally through Internal Job Postings (IJP) within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats for UK-based customers
  • Resolve product/service-related queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and effective support
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work in UK shifts with monthly rotational schedule
  • Prior customer support/BPO experience is an advantage (freshers welcome)
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of customer service tools/CRM systems preferred
