ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Working on interview and hiring, understanding candidate requirements, taking telephonic interviews, and shortlisting candidates

  2. Payroll Management

  3. Creating job descriptions for existing and new roles and identifying KPIs

  4. Onboarding and exit process for employees

  5. Handling Grievances of employees

  6. Managing the team and keeping check on their productivity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
