Part-Time Remote HR Executive – IDEA Clinics

IDEA Clinics is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote HR Executive to support our growing clinic network. This is a part-time role (10–12 hours per week), ideal for someone looking to contribute meaningfully with flexible hours and remote work setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rota Management: Prepare and update clinic duty rosters every 2 weeks.
  • Attendance Monitoring: Use Zoho People to track attendance, follow up on anomalies, and maintain compliance.
  • Employee Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns; approve leaves and monitor shift timings.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct and coordinate 6-monthly performance evaluations with department heads.
  • Payroll Management: Run and process monthly payroll accurately.
  • HR Documentation: Maintain employee records, update contracts, and ensure all documentation is current and compliant.
  • Recruitment:
  • Source and screen candidates for remote and in-clinic roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and onboarding.
  • Onboarding & Induction: Create a welcoming and informative onboarding process for new hires.
  • Talent Partnerships: Build and maintain pipelines via job boards, partnerships, and vendor collaborations.
  • Staffing Oversight: Ensure optimal staffing across all IDEA Clinic branches.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in HR operations (minimum 3 years preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho People or similar HRMS platforms
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Comfortable working with a distributed team and across time zones (India-based preferred)
  • Exposure to healthcare sector HR is a plus
