Junior HR Executive (Entry-Level) — The Contrast | Remote (India) | Mon–Sat
Salary: ₹10,000–₹20,000 per month (skills & interview)
Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with internships welcome)
Schedule: Mon–Sat, 8 hrs/day (time-tracked); min 6 hrs/day; 48 hrs/week
Leaves: 3 per month (pre-approval required) (Not in Probation)

Role Overview
Support day-to-day HR operations—recruitment coordination, onboarding documentation, attendance & payroll inputs, HRMS data updates, and engagement initiatives. Great first HR role with mentorship and rapid learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Hiring support: Draft JDs, post on job portals (Indeed/LinkedIn/Naukri), screen resumes, schedule interviews, maintain trackers.
- Onboarding docs: Collect KYC/education proofs, prepare offer/appointment letters from templates, create employee files.
- Attendance & payroll inputs: Maintain attendance/leave trackers; compile accurate monthly inputs for payroll.
- HRMS/Admin: Update employee master (HRMS/Sheets), maintain asset/ID lists, coordinate vendor follow-ups.
- Compliance assistance: Help collate PF/ESIC/PT data and basic filings (training provided).
- Engagement: Coordinate birthdays/inductions/events, circulate policies/announcements, run simple surveys.
- Exit formalities: Schedule exit interviews, collect assets, prepare relieving/experience letters from templates.
Data Security & Privacy (Mandatory)
- Work on a personal, secure laptop (OS updates, antivirus).
- Use secure Wi-Fi; follow approved access rules (Drive/HRMS).
- No external sharing of employee/company data; sign NDA and follow data-protection policies.
- Agree to time-tracking during work hours.
Must-Have Skills
- Clear written & verbal communication (English + local language)
- Excel/Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP or INDEX-MATCH)
- Organized, detail-oriented; strong documentation & deadlines discipline
- Familiarity with job portals and Google Workspace
Good to Have
- Internship/6–12 months in HR/recruitment
- Exposure to HRMS (Keka/greytHR/Zoho People) or ATS tools
- Basic understanding of PF/ESIC/PT and payroll cycles
30/60/90-Day Success
- 30 days: Own screening & scheduling for 2–3 roles; trackers 100% updated.
- 60 days: Run onboarding end-to-end with zero documentation misses; accurate monthly payroll inputs.
- 90 days: Manage 1–2 hiring pipelines; publish a basic HR dashboard; assist one policy rollout.
Compensation & Perks
