We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR and Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Business Development. The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner with strong organizational skills and a passion for contributing to the growth and efficiency of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help onboard new employees, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating initial training sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.
  • Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic HR support.

Business Development:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Assist in creating and refining business proposals and presentations.
  • Support the development of marketing strategies and promotional materials.
  • Help track and analyze key performance metrics and business performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to support client outreach and relationship management.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new business strategies and growth initiatives.
