Job Title: HR Manager (US HR Experience)

Location: Remote

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in US HR practices, including payroll management, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing HR operations, ensuring smooth payroll processes, and supporting the overall employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll for US employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Maintain HR compliance with US labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management support.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation in compliance with audit requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on US payroll and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, FMLA, FLSA, and payroll regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
