Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Senior Area Sales Executive located in Mumbai. Reporting to Area Sales Manager- Mumbai . The Senior Area Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and business growth within the assigned area. Day-to-day tasks include managing distributors and DSMs, developing and implementing territory, building and maintaining relationships with key clients,The role also involves achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and team leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of market competition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data related to business.
  • Customer relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the FMCG & Oil industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
