Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing Services to lead our business growth initiatives in the digital domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and branding solutions and possess the ability to convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for digital marketing services, including SEO, social media, paid campaigns, and branding.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop and present customized proposals, business pitches, and service solutions.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure client requirements are well understood and implemented.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic sales and account management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging digital technologies.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, pipeline, and client engagement in CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in business development or sales in digital marketing services.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, performance marketing, and related services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client portfolios and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and proactive in achieving targets.
