Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Technical Support Engineer. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will include addressing technical inquiries, resolving technical problems, and collaborating with the team to improve overall customer service and support processes.

Qualifications

  • Possess Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to diagnose issues effectively
  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience in the physical security, safety, or RFID domains is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
