Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Technical Support Engineer to join our Support Operations team. In this role, you will handle escalated support tickets, conduct indepth diagnostics, and play a critical role in deploying software on our self-ordering kiosks at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve L2 support tickets escalated by the L1 team.
  • Analyze application logs, system logs, and configuration data to diagnose issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering or QA teams when deeper issue analysis is required.
  • Coordinate and execute software deployments on kiosk devices for client go-lives.
  • Ensure deployment configurations are tested and validated pre- and post-deployment.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and deployment activities in the support system.
  • Provide guidance and support to L1 support staff as needed.
  • Follow internal SLA timelines and escalate risks proactively.
  • Participate in deployment planning calls with project teams and clients.
  • Continuously improve internal tools, support processes, and deployment workflows.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support or software deployment roles.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux), basic networking, and system logs.
  • Experience working with remote desktop tools, log analyzers, or support ticketing systems.
  • Exposure to software deployment processes and tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues independently.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to work night shifts and weekends
  • Preferred Male candidate.
