Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in the Mohali district. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee full-life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates. Daily tasks involve managing employer branding initiatives, conducting effective interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational staffing goals. The role supports the company's mission by identifying and onboarding the best talent to maintain a culture of excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing
  • Skills in Recruiting and managing Employer Branding initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms is an advantage
  • Experience working in IT recruitment or in a technology-driven environment is a plus
