About the Role:

We are looking for a bold, confident, and result-driven Business Development specialist to join our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) division. The candidate will play a key role in client acquisition, business coordination, and deal execution. This role requires strong communication, presentation, and convincing skills along with a professional attitude and proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential clients and companies for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
  • Conduct daily meetings and consistent coordination with clients to understand their business goals and investment interests.
  • Attend client meetings, field visits, and travel when required.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and business proposals to clients.
  • Generate qualified business leads through LinkedIn, networking, and references.
  • Maintain and update a pipeline of potential clients while ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for deal structuring, documentation, and client support.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and convincing ability to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ensure all reports, lead status, and targets are updated and met within timelines.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in M&A, Corporate Advisory, or Investment Consulting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Bold, confident, and well-presentable personality capable of handling senior-level client discussions.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn-based lead generation and business networking.
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive, and capable of working independently with accountability.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings as and when required.
