Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, LinkedIn, and others. You will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and managing the bidding process effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities on various bidding platforms, including Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Develop and execute strategies to win projects and expand our client base.
  • Prepare and submit compelling proposals and bids tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on business development activities, project status, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 4 years of proven experience in business development or a similar role with a focus on bidding portals.
  • Strong understanding of online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and present persuasive proposals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
