Job Description: Accounts Executive

Location: Mohali

We are looking for a competent Sr. Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You'll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Core financial duties

  • Keep track of all financial transactions, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
  • Create and organize key reports like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Match bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage payroll functions, including processing timesheets, allowances, and deductions.

Analysis and reporting

  • Examine financial information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, and provide financial forecasts to support business planning.
  • Prepare financial reports, business plans, and commentaries for management.

Compliance and auditing

  • Make sure that all financial records and statements comply with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards like GAAP.
  • Conduct internal audits to verify financial accuracy and compliance, and cooperate with external auditors.
  • Compute taxes owed, prepare and file tax returns, and ensure timely tax payments.

Strategic and advisory roles

  • Offer insights and recommendations to management on ways to reduce costs, increase revenue, and improve profits.
  • Advise on financial strategy, investments, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Assess accounting systems and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
