Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting (B.Com or equivalent)
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting
  • Proficiency in Tally / Busy / MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills

With a fast-growing brand presence and a focus on quality, we're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Mohali.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting entries and ledgers (sales, purchases, payments, receipts)
  • Manage vendor bills, customer invoices, and payment follow-ups
  • Reconcile bank statements and daily collections
  • Prepare GST, TDS, and other compliance data for filing
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production, dispatch) for billing accuracy
  • Assist in preparing monthly P&L and financial reports
  • Maintain stock and inventory-related accounting entries

Work Location:

Plot No. 310, First Floor, Phase 9, Industrial Area, Mohali, Punjab

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
