Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team for the night shift. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sourcing skills, with experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and non-IT roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through various platforms including LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads for feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage hiring for both technical and non-technical roles as per business needs.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (IT industry preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple hiring requirements.
- Willingness to work in night shift.
