Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work on multiple hiring requirements across departments and ensure timely closures.
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of job portals and sourcing techniques.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
