About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Work on multiple hiring requirements across departments and ensure timely closures.
  • Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of job portals and sourcing techniques.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
